A woman named Shirley was from Beverly Hills. One day, she had a heart attack and was taken to Cedars Sinai hospital. While on the operating table, she had a near-death experience. She saw God and asked, "Is this it?"

God said, "No, you have another 30 to 40 years to live."

Upon her recovery, she decided to stay in the hospital and have collagen shots, cheek implants, a face lift, liposuction and breast augmentation. She even had someone dye her hair. She figured since she had another 30 to 40 years, she might as well make the most of it.

She walked out of Cedars Sinai lobby after the last operation and was killed by an ambulance speeding up

Two fellas are fishing in a boat under a bridge.

One looks up and sees a funeral procession starting across the bridge.

He stands up, takes off his cap, and bows his head.

The procession crosses the bridge and the man puts on his cap, picks up his rod and reel, and continues fishing.

The other guy says, "That was touching. I didn't know you had it in you."

The first guy responds, "Well, I guess it was the thing to do - after all, I was married to her for 40 years."

Well 'm not actually IN Chicago, but I'm close enough to visit! You're right though. In the summer I love it...in the winter? Not so much!

I do feel kind of bad knowing there are alot of people who have it a lot worse than me… but that's why I still live here!!
I'm kind of jealous of you living in Chicago though…. I always wanted to live in Chicago, until I went there in the winter… Now I just don't know anymore.
We probably could go all winter without heat, but I'm not sure I'm that brave! Do you have a blog?
