It just feels good every once in a while to get your adrenaline pumping.. but I agree with Taylor, just the Jaws music is enough to get me scared!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE scary movies. Especially scary, cheesy B movies. Last night we went to see Paranormal Activity and I was very disappointed. I expected to be very scared but the hype didn't live up to my high standards. I like to be so scared that after watching, I have to put every light on in the house just to go to the bathroom.

secondly, we are on TOTAL opposite ends of the spectrum here. i can't watch anything remotely scary or creepy... so uh. no movie nights for us.

Arach. nopho. bia. I was terrified of spiders after that. I still don't like them. But at least now my fight or flight response is to fight with every last breath.

I don't know how you stand it…..I usually “opt out” of scary movies. I tried to get Taylor to watch Jaws a few years ago….he got up and walked out of the room 5 minutes in! Even the music was just TOO MUCH!

I don't know…I guess you need to have a certain temperament to enjoy being scared…not ME!

I'm not sure how young I was. Definitely on the cusp of puberty.

My parents were definitely unamused. My mother, as she was wont to do in situations like this, screamed “Oh, the hormones are racing!” And then punished me with like, a week without video games or something.
